    Qorvo's gallium arsenide (GaAs) and gallium nitride (GaN) technologies offer the wideband performance required by today's electronic warfare (EW) applications. We take great pride in delivering solutions that protect service personnel, and Qorvo's wideband amplifiers continue to push the limits of broadband power and efficiency so our customers can achieve next-generation system performance goals.

    Qorvo's market-leading 0.25 µm GaN-on-SiC process technology has supported world-class product development through X-band, while our 0.15 µm gate technology will support applications through Ka-band.

    Additionally, our patented Spatium® RF power combining technology provides a highly reliable, efficient alternative to traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) for commercial and defense communications, radar, EW and other defense systems.
